As Autumn arrives, nature invites us to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with the rhythms that support balance, vitality, and well-being. Join Lena Watt for this two-part Yoga & Ayurveda series exploring seasonal wellness, nervous system regulation, cyclical living, and embodied self-care practices to help you feel grounded, nourished, and aligned throughout the Fall season.

Workshop One

Root & Restore: Ayurveda for Fall Wellness
Sunday, September 13th | 10:30–1:30 PM

“When we live in rhythm with nature, balance becomes easier to find.”

As we transition into Fall and Vata season, you may notice changes in your energy, digestion, sleep, mood, and nervous system. According to Ayurveda, these shifts are natural and offer an invitation to slow down, ground, nourish, and reconnect with yourself.

Join Lena for an introduction to Ayurveda, the ancient sister science of yoga, and discover simple, practical ways to support your health and well-being throughout the autumn season. Together, we will explore how to work with the qualities of Fall rather than against them, creating more balance, stability, and ease in everyday life.

During our time together, we will share a warm cup of Ayurvedic tea and learn about the herbs, roots, and spices within the blend, along with simple ways to incorporate them into your daily routines. Each participant will receive a tea sample to take home and enjoy.

Learning Focus:
