Who Am I?

I’m Lena Watt—a Therapeutic Yoga Teacher, Ayurveda Educator, Reiki Practitioner, Retreat Leader, Writer, Creator of the Empowered Goddess Oracle Cards, and lifelong student of the healing arts.

I’m also a mother, nature lover, free spirit, moon enthusiast, adventurer, and someone who finds deep joy in helping others reconnect with themselves. I believe that healing isn’t about becoming someone new—it’s about remembering who you’ve always been.
Movement has always been a part of my life. I first became a Physical Education teacher because I was fascinated by the human body and loved helping others discover the joy of movement. That path eventually led me to yoga, and what began as a physical practice soon became a lifelong journey of healing, self-discovery, and transformation.

Since becoming a yoga teacher in 2012, my studies have continued to expand through the wisdom of Ayurveda, Reiki, meditation, astrology, seasonal living, nervous system support, brain injury support and women’s wellness. Each has become a thread woven into the way I teach, creating experiences that are therapeutic, accessible, and deeply rooted in nature’s rhythms.
I also love guiding others through Ayurvedic seasonal cleanses and detoxification practices, helping them reset, restore balance, and reconnect with the rhythms of nature.

Yoga and Ayurveda have transformed every part of my life, and motherhood has deepened that transformation even further. Becoming a mother has reminded me of the importance of slowing down, caring for ourselves with compassion, embracing imperfection, and honouring the ever-changing seasons we move through as women.
