So, you are curious about yoga, meditation and Ayurveda, have heard about some of the benefits but are not sure where to begin.
Is your anxiety overwhelming you and you find the-day to-day ups and downs of life too much to handle?
Or
Maybe you have experienced a lot of pain or trauma in your life and have mostly been distracting yourself or trying to hide or avoid these feelings altogether.
And truth be told you’re a bit afraid of trying something new, worried that adding one more thing on your plate might just create more stress and anxiety, and things may get worse.
If you:
Are confused about what to do to feel more, energized, balanced and centered.
Are in search of tools and a routine in your life to help you cope with your stress and anxiety.
Want to feel more grounded, calm, centered and easeful in your daily life.
Want to find your inner strength, wisdom and to learn how to heal yourself.
Want to learn yoga, Ayurveda, meditation in an accessible, creative, empowering and even playful way.
Crave deeper connections to yourself, to your life, to others, to Mother Earth and the universe.
Then I would love to work with you!

Who am I?
I am Lena Watt! Therapeutic Yoga teacher, free spirit, wild woman, nature lover and protector, a sensitive, compassionate soul, moon worshiper, foodie, an adventurer, teacher and life long learner and lover of all things.
I became a physical education teacher, because I love to move. I love learning about and connecting with the body. This led me deeper into my yoga practice. Over time I became a yoga teacher and began studying the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda (yoga’s sister science). I have had the honor of sharing Yoga since 2012. Yoga and Ayurveda have transformed my life in every way possible.
Therapeutic Yoga and Ayurveda have helped me cope with:
-
- Anxiety and depression
-
- PTSD
-
- Digestion problems and food allergies
-
- Persistent pain caused by Spinabifida
-
- Numerous car accidents and multiple injuries
-
- A traumatic brain injury
Although this all caused a lot of suffering at the time, in hindsight, I’m grateful for everything I have gone through, the learning and healing. Because it means I can teach from a place of direct lived-through experience and help my students heal too.
Who I love to work with:
I am passionate about working with people who:
-
- Are new to yoga, meditation & Ayurveda.
-
- Have experienced pain or trauma in their lives.
-
- Want to recover from anxiety, depression, PTSD, concussion or traumatic brain injuries.
-
- People who are open and curious (even if they are a little scared) to learn new tools and new ways being.
-
- People who want to reconnect to the cycles and rhythms of nature and the art of living and to help them rediscover their true nature and find harmony.
I use the tools of Yoga, Meditation and Ayurveda to help people one on one or in small groups, so they can discover their own strength and personal wisdom, awakening their capacity to heal themselves.
I love to teach yoga and meditation in different ways and in different places (in breweries, in gyms, on the beach, in nature), to help make it accessible to everyone and create opportunity to build relationships, connection and community.
I believe Yoga practice helps us open our Minds and Hearts, connects to our Inner Wisdom, Inner Power, Inner Freedom, to our Soul – Our Inner Compass.

I know deep down inside that we are all perfectly imperfect, that we are all enough, that we are all in this together.
