Together, we return to ancient ways of connecting with the cycles and rhythms of the four seasons, the corresponding moon phases, and their goddess archetypes: Maiden, Mother, Queen/Witch, and Wise Woman/Crone.

Reclaim your wise woman energy and intuition through herbal knowledge, stones, somatic movement, seasonal meditation, storytelling, and sound healing. Each circle offers a supportive space to explore the subtle energies of creation, deepen self-awareness, and cultivate divination techniques as tools for the evolution of your heart and soul.

What to Expect

Each session is packed with intention, ritual, and nourishing practices designed to honor the changing season:

• Opening & Closing Ceremony: Welcoming circle, ritual practices, and a sacred cup of ceremonial cacao with herbal tea and snacks provided.
• Movement & Meditation: An Equinox or Solstice yoga class paired with a Goddess/Archetype meditation.
• Seasonal & Lunar Wisdom Workshop: Interactive teaching covering the 4 elements, 4 directions, moon wisdom, and female archetypes.
• Healing & Integration Practices: Partner healing exercises, journaling, reflection, and a burning ceremony to release the past season.
• Sound Bath & Gifts: An immersive healing sound bath to integrate the journey, plus a small gift bag to take home.
