Light rises.
Life blossoms.
Wisdom ripens.
The heart returns to stillness.
And then the wheel begins again.
We gather four times a year at the great in-between moments — the cross-quarter thresholds. These are the subtle turning points. The liminal spaces. The heartbeats between the louder seasonal shifts.
Each gathering is a gateway — inviting courage, joy, creativity, love and authentic self-expression. We move slowly and consciously, tending the nervous system and honouring the wisdom of the body as we cross each threshold together.
This is a year-long arc of tending the heart. Change is present, but we meet it slowly, consciously, and heart-led.
A Circle and Ceremony for Men and Women
We invite you to take a journey into the deeper spaces of your heart through an afternoon of yoga, pranayama, dance, live music, cacao, tea, meditation, opening and closing circle and soulful connection. This gathering is an invitation to slow down, soften, listen and connect — to the wisdom that lives within your own heart and the stories that rise when you truly allow yourself to feel.
Through the soulful stirrings and musical storytelling of Andrea Rose or Megan Pareis, we’ll be guided into an intimate exploration of love, loss, renewal, and reawakening. With raw vulnerability and spirit-woven lyrics, Andrea creates an honest and held space for introspection, emotional truth, and remembrance. Her original songs and spoken sharing’s gently stir the inner waters, illuminating parts of the self that long to be felt, remembered, and reclaimed.
Imbolc 🔥
Sunday, February 1, 2026 | 6–9pm
Imbolc marks the first quiet stirrings beneath the surface. Though the outer world may still feel wintry, something within begins to awaken.
Sacred to Brigid, goddess of healing, poetry, and sacred flame, this evening honours purification, inspiration, and renewal. We clear what has grown heavy. We release self-doubt. We make space.
The flame we tend now is small but steady.
We nourish courage at its most tender stage.
This circle invites:
• Gentle beginnings
• Reigniting inner light
• Trusting what is quietly forming
Beltane🌸
Friday, May 1, 2026 | 6–9pm
Beltane is vitality embodied. Fire rising. Creative life force awakened.
This is the season of blossoming — desire, joy, sensual aliveness, magnetism. The heart steps forward and allows itself to be seen.
Where Imbolc whispers, Beltane burns brightly.
We gather to:
• Celebrate creativity and passion
• Embody confidence
• Honour pleasure and radiance
• Step out of the shadows
This is heart-led expression in motion.
Lughnasadh🌾
Wednesday, July 29, 2026 | 6–9pm
Lughnasadh is the first harvest — a moment of gratitude and honest reflection.
What has grown?
What has ripened?
What effort is bearing fruit?
This evening invites maturity of the heart. We acknowledge what we have cultivated — both externally and within. We practice discernment. We honour devotion to what matters.
This circle calls in:
• Gratitude
• Grounded confidence
• Discernment
• Sacred integration
Samhain 🖤
Sunday, November 1, 2026 | 6–9pm
Samhain marks the thinning veil — the sacred descent into stillness and mystery. It is the Celtic New Year. A time of endings and deep listening. The heart turns inward and asks what must be released before the next becoming.
We honour grief. Completion. Ancestral threads. The wisdom found in darkness. Together we will slow down, reflect, release what has come to completion, and create space for rest, remembrance, and renewal as we step into the darker half of the year.
This is the courageous work of letting go.
This gathering invites:
• Releasing old identities
• Making peace with endings
• Deep inner listening
• Trusting the unseen

This is more than a performance…
It’s a ceremony of sound and story, a subtle encounter with the heart and soul.
Together, we’ll move, breathe, and open —
Anchored by yoga and intuitive dance, held in cacao and tea ritual,
and grounded in opening and closing circle to integrate what arises.
Come as you are. Bring your heart, your breath, your presence.
Together, we gather at the threshold — where light returns and truth rises.

Meet Your Hosts
Lena Watt
Lena is a Yogi, an adventurer, a Moon Goddess and a Kitchen Witch at heart. She is a Yoga Therapist, Somatic Movement Guide, Reiki Healer, Energy Worker, Circle Guide, Natal Chart Reader, Retreat Leader, Ayurvedic Wellness Coach, writer and a lifelong learner. She values the sacredness of life and tries to sprinkle ritual into her daily life. Sharing some of these rituals with others explodes her heart, just as much as moving, breathing and connecting with herself and her community in circle.
She teaches ancient wisdom through practical, embodied practices in our modern world. Hoping to help unveil the innate knowing that we are all ENOUGH, we are all WHOLE and COMPLETE exactly as we are, we are all ONE, we are all LOVE. All of her previous wisdom, healing, experiences and practices have culminated together in the creation of this cyclical living, empowered goddess deck. She is a new mom, step-mom and cat mom.
Andrea Rose
Some voices find you like a mirror. Andrea Rose’s is one of them – tender, unfiltered, and filled with the ache of being alive. A folk-rooted, genre-blurring songwriter, Andrea writes music that explores the raw edges of being human: heartbreak, identity, reawakening, and healing. Her songs are deeply personal yet widely relatable – the kind that remind you that you’re not alone in your mess.
What you see is what you get: a woman with a guitar and an open heart, walking her truest path – through healing, unravelling, falling down, and rising again. Andrea doesn’t just perform – she reveals. With echoes of artists like Jewel, Tracey Chapman, and Ani DiFranco, her music weaves a folk-rooted storytelling with a raw, poetic presence that lingers long after the last note fades.
Megan Pareis
Megan is a Sound and Energy Healer who works with quartz crystal singing bowls, her voice, and a variety of instruments to cultivate heart-led relaxation and renewal.
Her sessions offer a warm, supportive environment where stress melts away, tranquility emerges, and your inner balance can gently realign.
Through intentional sound and intuitive presence, she creates a deeply restorative space where the nervous system can soften and the body remembers its natural harmony.
Come as you are. Bring your heart, your breath, your presence.
Together, we gather at the threshold — where light returns and truth rises.
