Join me for a gentle therapeutic morning yoga class. We will work together to tap into our parasympathetic nervous system and develop a deeper understanding of movement, our bodies and the different sensations through interoceptive, breathing and mindful movement practices. In this series we will explore a variety of different asana postures to help improve range of motion, flexibility, balance, strength and functional movement. It is combined with gentle ball rolling and doweling to tap into our fascial system and learn different tools to help create more space, freedom and ease in the body and mind. This class is great for everyone, and I will adjust and modify as needed for whoever shows up to practice.
