Why Cleanse?
Every night, our body and mind are cleansed. If our sleep is disrupted, so is our body’s way of healing and detoxing our internal organs. Simple things like eating too much sugar or processed food, overeating, and being too stressed cause the body to begin to accumulate and store toxins. We need to take conscious action to clean and clear our pathways to reduce inflammation, fat, and excess Ama.
A disease is manifested when the delicate balance between the Dosha’s is disturbed, when we don’t feel in rhythm and when natural cleansing and detoxing isn’t taking place.
A cleanse can help your body rest, rebalance and reset by drawing out toxins from the body, and mind. Clear and clean the tissues in the digestive tract in order to find proper elimination and rhythm.
This, in turn, unblocks the channels and restores balance and harmony into your body and mind.

Part 1: Ayurveda for Healthy Digestion
In Ayurveda, healthy digestion is considered absolutely essential to thriving health. And in order to understand how to improve digestion, it’s helpful to have an awareness of the Ayurvedic definition of digestion—also known as Agni.
The Sanskrit word for “fire,” agni is viewed as the very source of life, governing not only the digestion of food but also the digestion process of thoughts, emotions, and life experience. Ayurveda teaches that impaired agni is at the root of every imbalance, and that tending this fire in the digestive system is the first step in restoring balance.
Part 1 of this workshop is intended to give you a deeper understanding and appreciation of agni, while offering practical tools and simple ways to avoid digestive problems and increase gut health and your overall health and wellbeing.
Major Sources of Toxins:
- Internal and External
- Daily Habits
- Food/Digestion/Overeating/Preparation
- Water
- Environment
- Sleep
- Beauty and Personal Care Products
- Cleaning Products
- Stress and Negative Thinking
- Relationships

Fire is the divine spark of creativity and desire that begins to expand into life during the spring season with the warmer days and increase in sunlight. It has long been associated with the process of transformation and rebirth, which are key themes we can work with at this time. Fire also offers us vision and focus, lending great strength to our intentions and guiding our creative energy with specificity. We can stoke this inner fire through the use of conscious practices of yogic sadhana, personal ritual, creativity, and lifestyle, and when it catches light it will support us in burning through any of the stagnancy or dullness that might be left over from the winter months.
I would love to embark on this journey with you to release stagnation and heaviness from Winter and tap into a new rhythm and energy for Spring. If you are feeling called for a change, for a reset or to feel more aligned and balanced, click the button below and sign up now!!!!
