Yoga Series for Persistent Pain

Join me for a 6 week yoga series for persistent pain. We will work together to tap into our parasympathetic nervous system and develop a deeper understanding of pain and sensations in the body through different interoceptive, breathing and movement practices.  In this series we will explore a variety of different asana postures to help improve range of motion, flexibility, balance, strength and functional movement. It is combined with gentle ball rolling and doweling to tap into our fascial system and learn different tools to help create more space, freedom and ease in the body and mind.
