Seasonal Sacred Women’s Circles
Sister, can you feel the call? Join us in gathering for the Solstices and Equinoxes in honour of these revered times. Let us open to sacred space, celebration and shared gratitude to commune together in a safe, embodied and ceremonial space. To step out of the everyday and dip into conscious ritual and the sacredness of cyclical living, we return to the ancient ways of being together and connecting with the cycles and rhythms of each of the 4 seasons: Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall and honouring the darkness and light within us all. Along with the seasons, we will glean the wisdom of the corresponding Moon Phases; Waxing Moon, Full Moon, Waning Moon and New Moon and their Goddess Archetypes: Maiden, Mother, Witch/Queen and Wise Woman/Crone.

The way of the goddess/witch is about reclaiming our wise woman energy and intuition to move at a different rhythm connected into nature and ourselves to empower and honour women as they journey through each stage of their lives, just as each year they move through the different season’s. We will connect into the knowledge of herbs, stones, embodied movement, seasonal meditation and ritual, Moon wisdom, archetypes, storytelling, sound healing, transformation and the innate power in our hearts, blood and bones.
Topics covered revolve around the 4 seasons, incorporating the 4 directions, elements, female archetypes and the 4 major moon phases. Together, we hold sacred space, conduct rituals and ceremonies, weaving stories alongside each other, exploring different wounds and practices, sharing about ourselves, nature, the moon and the subtle energies of creation. Deepening self-awareness and powers of perception we cultivate divination techniques and how these can be a tool for understanding the evolution of the heart and soul and our interconnection with all life.
These circles are about coming together as women and creating a community where we celebrate these changes together with love, support and reverence. Each circle will be filled with intention, ritual, seasonal wisdom, lunar wisdom, playful Archetypical energy, movement, meditation, sounds bath, connection and a warm cup of cacao.

About Courtney Ketchum
Courtney of Glow Holistics is an Integrated Energy Therapist & Sound Healer raised in the Alberni Valley. She is a light language channeler using her angelic voice, crystal bowls and healing touch to transmit ethereal, healing frequencies in her 1:1 practice and in group soundbaths. She also teaches about the law of attraction, self-awareness, emotional alchemy.
About Lena Watt
Lena is a Yogi, an adventurer, a Moon Goddess and a Kitchen Witch at heart. She is a Yoga Therapist, Somatic Movement Guide, Reiki Healer, Energy Worker, Circle Guide, Natal Chart Reader, Retreat Leader, Ayurvedic Wellness Coach, writer and a lifelong learner. She values the sacredness of life and tries to sprinkle ritual into her daily life. Sharing some of these rituals with others explodes her heart, just as much as moving, breathing and connecting with herself and her community in circle.
