Tensegrity, the architecture of life, is a term that was formed in the 1960s and used to describe systems or structures with “tensional integrity, or a balance of compression and tension.” It can be applied to our bodies, our emotions, our feelings, our thoughts and how we move through life. It is becoming more popular and well known in the last decade due to a deeper understanding of our fascial system and the body as a whole system.
Join Lena Watt from Inner Compass Yoga and Ayurveda for a 6-week Tensegrity Repair Series. This Series is a sequence of movements designed to help rehydrate, tone, strengthen and break down adhesions and bring more freedom, function and flexibility into the body’s connective tissues. It helps:
