Subsequent sessions are $80.00 (60 min)
Group of 5 for $350 – SAVE 12%

Yoga Therapy is a process of empowering individuals to progress towards improved health and well being through the application of the different teachings and practices of yoga. It is an informative and interoceptive practice that is adapted to the individual needs of each student to help them develop a better understanding of the self.  Yoga therapists work with each client to develop and implement a therapeutic plan oriented around holistic healing, prevention and health promotion.  This is achieved through the scientific and spiritual application of the teachings and practices of yoga to help asses the individual needs and goals of the client while building a nurturing and healthy relationship with the body, breath, mind and spirit. Yoga can help individuals feel more embodied, affect positive change, self-acceptance, deepen awareness and transform.

 

What Yoga Therapy Includes:

  • Minimum of 3 sessions but recommend 5-10

  • There is a written and verbal intake process on the first session

  • The sequence and yoga sessions will be based on individual needs and goals

  • Each session will start with a check in and grounding practice

  • Sessions will include a variety of asana, meditation techniques, pranayama, mudras, journaling and reflections

  • You will get a write up and recording of your sequence for you to practice with at home

  • Your home practice will be co-created so there is more accountability

  • Yoga can help you strengthen your intuition, reconnect with your own inner wisdom and your ability to heal yourself

Ayurveda, is the science of life or the art of living, an ancient way of living in sync with the cycles of nature, the seasons, moon cycles, solar cycles, daily circadian rhythm and your own daily habits and lifestyle.  Ayura means life and veda means knowledge or wisdom.  Ayurveda is the sister science of yoga and encompasses science, nutrition, movement, nature, lifestyle and philosophy all together. It is the study, practice and connection to life, love and truth. It is expressed as a science that provides a way to live in harmony and balance throughout your life. It looks at everything through a holistic lens coming from a place of interconnection and collaboration rather then consumerism and separation.  Implementing the wisdom of Ayurveda into your daily life can help you connect deeper to yourself, to nature and expand into the realm of self-healing and transformation. 

 

What Ayurvedic Wellness & Coaching Includes:

  • Learn about dinacharya, your morning and night time routines to support well being

  • Balance your constitution and connect to seasonal wisdom and rhythms

  • Transform your relationship with yourself and food

  • Learn the foundations of Ayurvedic wellness, cooking and meal planning for your unique body type and constitution

  • Connect with the 5 elements and use their energy to find harmony and ease throughout your day

  • Discover everyday tools for to ignite your Agni, improve digestion, improve sleep, decrease accumulated stress and toxins, overcome obstacles and increase overall energy

  • Develop a nurturing self-care practice such as journaling, mindfulness and meditation to help nourish your body, mind and soul

  • Strengthen your intuition, reconnect with your own inner wisdom and your ability to heal yourself
